After successful payment and receipt of the required brief, brand assets and approvals, standard account activation is normally confirmed within 1 to 2 business days. Core onboarding is normally completed within 3 to 5 business days, Professional onboarding within 5 to 7 business days, and custom production or integrations according to the accepted quotation or order confirmation.

Yes. Eligible requests are normally acknowledged within 2 business days and reviewed within 7 business days. Once approved, the refund is submitted to the original payment method or payment partner within 5 to 10 business days; the bank, card network, e-wallet or payment provider may then require a further 5 to 14 business days to display the credit.
