2. Information we may receive

We may receive account and enquiry information such as names, business names, email addresses, telephone or WhatsApp numbers, package selections and messages.

Creative-workflow information may include prompts, scripts, storyboards, uploaded images, videos, audio, logos, brand colours, fonts, campaign instructions, generated content and review decisions.

Where social publishing is implemented, connected-account identifiers, authorisation tokens, permissions, publication status and related integration information may be processed. Public forms must not be used to send passwords, API secrets or private access tokens.

3. Technical information and cookies

We may process device, browser, approximate location, referral, page-view, error and usage information needed to operate, secure and improve the service. Essential cookies and local storage may remember security, session and cookie-consent choices. Non-essential analytics or marketing technologies should only be enabled according to applicable consent requirements.

4. How information is used

Their capabilities, locations and terms may change. International processing may occur where a provider or infrastructure operates outside Malaysia, subject to appropriate contractual and legal considerations.

Where payment, billing, identity or transaction verification, fraud prevention, chargeback handling or a refund requires it, necessary contact, order and transaction information may be shared with authorised payment gateways, acquiring banks, card networks, financial institutions, e-wallet providers or other payment partners. Sharing is limited to information reasonably required to process or verify the transaction, prevent fraud, meet legal obligations and resolve payment issues. Payment partners handle information under their own security and privacy obligations.

Do not send full payment-card details through our contact form, email or WhatsApp. Card information entered on an authorised payment page is processed by the relevant payment partner and is not requested through this website's public enquiry form.

6. Retention and deletion

Information is retained only as reasonably necessary for the service, security, billing, support, dispute resolution and legal obligations. Retention periods may differ for enquiries, project files, generated outputs, logs and integration records. We do not promise immediate or permanent deletion where backups, legal duties or technical processes require limited continued retention.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and organisational measures appropriate to the service. No online system is completely secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed. Users should protect their accounts, API keys and connected-service permissions.

8. Choices and rights

Subject to applicable law, individuals may ask about their personal data, request correction, withdraw certain consent, object to some processing or request deletion where appropriate. Requests may require identity verification. Malaysian Personal Data Protection Act 2010 considerations are applied where relevant to the processing activity.
