1. Service and operator

UZZU VIDEO GENERATOR is operated by UZZU EDGE SYSTEMS SOLUTION, Registration Number 202603214792 (MA0351013-X). The service may provide AI-assisted scripts, storyboards, video scenes, posters, captions, brand tools, editing workflows, downloads and supported publishing connections.

2. Eligibility and accounts

Users must be legally capable of agreeing to these terms and must provide accurate account information. Users are responsible for account activity, access control and keeping credentials secure.

3. Uploaded content and permissions

Users retain the rights they lawfully hold in uploaded content and grant the limited permissions necessary to process it for the requested service. Users confirm they have the necessary rights, licences and consent for images, video, audio, logos, trademarks, fonts, voices, likenesses and other assets.

4. AI-generated content limitations

AI output may contain inaccuracies, distortions, unintended similarities, unsuitable text or content that does not match the prompt. Users must review scripts, scenes, captions, designs and claims before approval, download or publication. UZZU does not guarantee uniqueness, suitability, legal compliance or campaign performance.

5. Voice, likeness and media licensing

Users must not generate deceptive impersonations or unlawful deepfakes. Use of a person’s voice, image or likeness requires appropriate consent. Music, stock media, fonts and other licensed assets must be used according to their applicable terms.

6. Prohibited use

The service must not be used for unlawful, abusive, deceptive, defamatory, infringing, exploitative, hateful or harmful content; non-consensual intimate imagery; unlawful impersonation; fraud; or attempts to bypass platform policies, security or access restrictions.

7. Approval and social publishing

Content must not be published through UZZU without user approval. The user remains responsible for approved content, account selection, scheduling, platform policy compliance and publication decisions. Social capabilities depend on supported integrations, permissions and third-party APIs.

8. Packages, billing and delivery

Package features, capacity, duration, formats, processing priority and integrations may vary. Prices shown are monthly unless stated otherwise. Users should confirm current package details before subscribing.

A payment is treated as successful only after confirmation by the relevant payment partner. Estimated activation, onboarding, generation and custom-work timelines are stated in the Service Delivery Policy and may also be confirmed in an order, quotation or written support message. Delivery begins after successful payment and receipt of the brief, assets, approvals and authorised access reasonably required for the service.

9. Third-party services and availability

AI and social-platform services are controlled by third parties and may change, fail or become unavailable. We may update, suspend or discontinue features for security, legal, provider or operational reasons.

10. Suspension and termination

Access may be suspended or terminated for non-payment, security risk, legal requirements, harmful activity or material breach. Users may request cancellation subject to the applicable billing and refund terms.

11. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided on an as-available basis without unsupported promises about uninterrupted operation, perfect output or business results. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited for indirect, consequential or third-party losses. Nothing excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of Malaysia, subject to any mandatory consumer rights.
