Service Delivery Policy

1. Digital service delivery

UZZU VIDEO GENERATOR provides digital services only. Delivery may occur through account activation, email, a project workspace, generated or rendered output, a download, a completed integration milestone or another agreed digital channel. No physical goods are shipped.

2. When the delivery timeline starts

A delivery timeline starts after successful payment and receipt of the brief, business information, brand assets, source media, instructions, approvals and authorised access reasonably required for the service. The timeline pauses while required information, assets, access or decisions are outstanding.

3. Standard estimated timelines

Order or account confirmation is normally provided within 1–2 business days. Core setup is normally completed within 3–5 business days. Professional onboarding, Brand Kit setup and approval-workflow configuration are normally completed within 5–7 business days.

Generation and rendering time depends on the duration, number of scenes, source-media quality, requested output, revisions, provider availability and selected package. A job-specific estimate communicated in the order, workspace, quotation or support message takes precedence.

4. Custom and enterprise services

Custom and enterprise work follows the accepted quotation, scope and milestones. A standard integration is normally estimated at 7–21 business days after complete requirements and access are received. Complex work may take longer and may be delivered in agreed stages.

5. Customer review and approval

AI-assisted scripts, storyboards, scenes, posters, captions, voice-over plans and publishing schedules may require customer review or approval. Time spent waiting for feedback, approval or replacement assets is not counted as active delivery time.

6. Delays and revised estimates

Delivery may be delayed by incomplete information, scope changes, payment issues, poor source quality, security checks, provider capacity, rendering failures, account or API restrictions, platform changes or other third-party dependencies. If a material delay occurs, we will provide a revised estimate when reasonably possible.

7. Completion, delayed delivery and support

Delivery is complete when the relevant account, workspace, output, rendered file, download, milestone, onboarding item or integration is made available through the agreed channel.

If a communicated estimate is missed, email support@uzzuvideogenerator.com with the invoice or order reference. We aim to acknowledge the report within 1 business day and provide the delivery, an available remedy or a revised estimate within 3 business days after receiving the information needed to investigate.

8. Business days and statutory rights

Business days are Monday to Friday in Malaysia, excluding public holidays. Delivery times are good-faith estimates unless a written agreement expressly states otherwise. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory rights under applicable Malaysian law.
